About the job - Instructional Designer (junior/mid)

We are looking for someone passionate and eager to be part of the Learning and Certification Department - we want an Instructional Designer to join our team!
Key facts to consider:
- 1100 - 1600 GBP gross salary / per month, depending on role fit and experience level

Responsibilities:
- Managing and administering the LMS (Learning Management System)
- Creating and updating course content
- Maintaining contact with subject matter experts for course content creation
- Crafting and developing an evaluation process inside each course and certification path
- Centralising and tracking course feedback, including interviews with clients
- Revising and updating the Academy website
- Be an active contributor to the Learning and Certification department, e.g. knowledge sharing, ways of working, cross reviews, etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- English level C2 - must, other languages (Spanish, French, etc.) are a plus
- Relevant education or proven work experience in instructional design or e-learning
- Familiarity with the principles of andragogy
- Research and proofreading skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially in editing and proofreading
- Familiarity with LMS administration (Learning Management System platforms)
- Ability to work with technical products - software products
- Team worker and open to receiving feedback
- Basic video editing skills
