What will you do?
- As a Social Media Campaign Manager, you will spearhead comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your main focus will be on executing, reporting, optimizing, and analyzing multiple campaigns to ensure their success and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Oversee the setup, launch, optimization, reporting, and analysis of paid campaigns across all digital channels, including Google Search, LinkedIn, and more.
- Budget Management: Manage media budgets with a strong focus on ROI (return on investment).
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze data, create dashboards, and generate reports to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the online marketing team and account managers to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing goals.
What are the requirements?
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social, paid search, display, and other digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Analytics (a must), with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Language Proficiency: High level of proficiency in English.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Experience with ABM strategies is preferred.
- Tools Proficiency: Knowledge of HubSpot is an advantage.
- Industry Experience: High-tech B2B experience is essential.
- Platform Expertise: Experience with LinkedIn and Google Ads is required; familiarity with Meta is a plus.
- Budget Handling: Ability to manage significant budgets (e.g., €20,000 per month) and evaluate campaigns at a strategic level.
- Campaign Management Role: This is an end-to-end campaign management role, ideal for candidates with a mature approach and past experience in similar positions.
- Agency Collaboration: Experience working with agencies is beneficial but not the primary focus.
- Team Dynamics: You will be an integral part of the online marketing team and work closely with the account manager to achieve campaign objectives.
