Job Summary
Have you have always wanted to get a taste of tech recruitment but didn’t know where to start? The purpose of this internship is exactly that - to provide the basic knowledge necessary for tech recruitment and to portray an accurate representation of how it is to work in a dynamic, challenging, and highly-rewarding environment. We’re going to choose 6 ambitious and driven participants to join our 6-weeks Accelerator. The 2 most dedicated of you are going to receive the offer of a full-time position in our team and will join us in our mission to create innovative recruitment solutions. What we aim for is delivering memorable, pleasant, and efficient experiences for the IT specialists on their path to future employment. We empower our tech-savvy teammates to provide the right context for their candidates because the roles we have open are anything but dull - from mid-level development/QA/ to senior management in Europe and USA, we cover it all!
You'll find a smart, dedicated, fun, and of course, professional IT Recruitment team focusing on human choices first, with an approach different from a regular IT recruitment agency - we care about the choices our candidates make for their professional and personal growth.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and sourcing highly talented team members for Human Direct's partners. We are looking for bright, new members, ideally, self-starters with a lot of confidence.
Main Duties
- Source, screen, and contact candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirements
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Follow up with candidates
- Interview candidates
- Write creative and concise texts for reaching out to candidates and engage with them through social media posts
- Learn about new technologies
What we're looking for:
- Interest and affinity towards IT - the ability to understand technology and to keep up with the technology trends on the market
- An academic background in Psychology or in a related field would be appreciated
- Excellent written and spoken English and Romanian
- Good understanding of Boolean logic
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Confident, ambitious, self-starter
