As a Technical Recruiter, you will have full responsibility for covering the recruitment needs end-to-end for Human Direct's partners.
The ideal candidate will be results-driven, analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic in their recruiting approach, and have excellent problem-solving and client engagement skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify matching talent for different technical roles
- Work with Hiring Managers to define and maintain a hiring strategy.
- Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs.
- Interview candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their motivation
- Support in scheduling technical interviews.
- Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
- Manage and keep Human Direct's database/ the ATS up to date, and provide consistent support and direction to clients and candidates.
- Attract applicants with interesting job postings
- Utilize and suggest best practices and improvements.
- Work on multiple recruitment campaigns at once.
- Discuss with clients, think of personalized recruitment strategies for each, and provide support during the entire recruitment process and not only.
- Create a personal approach and consolidate relationships with each candidate.
- Create informative documentation for candidates about the roles you are recruiting for
- Have an overview of your work and make sure the recruitment goals are met.
- Offer support with recruitment strategies for your team when needed
Requirements:
- Qualified candidates must have about 2-5 years of IT technical recruiting experience, preferably in the technology industry or in an agency environment.
- Passion for tech and the IT industry
- Technology knowledge – Understand technology and keep abreast of technology trends.
- Excellent research/sourcing skills (use LinkedIn and alternative platforms for finding new talent).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity for the IT Field.
- Ability to work well independently in a fast-paced environment, with enthusiasm and creativity.
- Results-oriented work attitude.

- Willingness for working on-site especially in the first 2-3 months while in on-boarding and getting to know the team
