Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the organization’s production and ordering of goods and services, managing vendors and bill payments.
  • Managing resources and staff (basic HR tasks)
  • Monitoring trader's activity
  • Becoming familiar with Futures Exchanges, various markets, products, and order types (basic knowledge)
  • On-call support in the more soliciting periods of the year trading-wise (this time can be used as time off later when things cool down)

Requirements:

  • Leadership, managerial, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Romanian.
  • Strategic orientation, managing and developing organizational capability.
  • Proven collaborative leadership skills.
  • Strong influencing and communications skills and ability to work across multiple areas of company and financial exchanges.
  • Must make sure that their company’s operations run smoothly and effectively.
  • They must comply with safety and regulatory rules and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree from college or university (engineering or social sciences)
  • Understand regulatory and compliance processes.
  • Must have a good understanding of various software applications.
  • Must be able to forecast and do the budgeting accurately.
  • Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
