Our partner’s digital transformation can be sustained and sped up by keeping in touch with other brilliant and ambitious talents that have the possibility to grow in a multinational and innovative environment.For that reason, they’re planning to create a new local team based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, led by an ICT Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be in charge of activating a branch office in Rumania for the IT custom developments of the group. She\ He shall be able to lead a team of developers (3-5 people in the first phase) supporting, as Project Manager and Senior developers, the digital transformation initiatives of the Group in all the business functions.
The leader above-mentioned will work closely with the ICT headquarters in Italy, with the mission to shape and evolve the local team of ICT professionals and the future expected growing ICT Strategy in Rumania
Technical Requirements:
- Engineering, computer science degree or equivalent background
- Wide technical experience in IT solution developments
- Proficient in English
- Team coordination experience (5+ people)
- Project management background (able to coordinate the activities and the communication)
- Development background (preferable C#, .NET)
- Azure and Cloud background
- Business analysis, tech architecture in general
- ERP system background (SAP or others) - Nice to have
These additional capabilities will be considered a plus:
- Italian language
- Quality of code (static) and Automatic testing experiences
- ITIL, Prince2, PMI, Scrum, Agile certifications
- Artificial Intelligence services (Azure, SageMaker) and RPA (Automation Anywhere or other)
