The mission: to design and deliver the platforms involved in the projects by automating all activities as much as possible through the use of code, from the provisioning of machines to the tasks made available in self-service. That is to say :
- Design in the pre-sales phase platforms corresponding to the requirements of the project (performance, security, cost) and know how to assess the build and run load;
- Carry out the build operations of a platform in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Puppet, Rundeck ...) while respecting the milestones of the project;
- Collaborate with the teams in charge of development in order to provide the platforms in the most efficient way;
- Develop a recipe before delivery of a platform in order to guarantee the adequacy with the practices in force at Luminess and the customer's specifications;
- Provide feedback to tech leads and/or technical experts with a view to continuous improvement of practices and tools;
- Transfer the platforms in good conditions to the teams in charge of the Run.
- The key issues: compliance with current practices, compliance of platforms with company practices, and compliance with deadlines.

Who are you?
- Degree in IT (or justifying equivalent experience), do you have real experience of DevOps/Infrastructure as Code practices?
- Terraform, Puppet or other provisioning management tools hold no secrets for you?
- You are familiar with Rundeck or other self-service tools; GIT and the GitFlow method?
- Do you understand the working principles of continuous integration, ideally with Jenkins?
- Are you familiar with Bash and/or Powershell scripting languages?
- Have you had the opportunity to work on Linux RedHat & Ubuntu and/or Windows Server?
- On the hosting side, are you familiar with Nutanix and possibly other platforms?
- The use of the cloud in IaaS mode, ideally Outscale, is not unknown to you?
- Do you have good interpersonal skills, and enjoy teamwork with a strong ability to convince?
- Do you know how to take a step back by taking into account the experience of your colleagues to guarantee the realization of projects in the best conditions?
- Given the international context of Luminess, do you have a good level of technical English (oral/written)?

By joining the IT Operations department, you'll be part of around thirty employees organized into 2 teams, Build and Run/SLA, whose objective is to guarantee the operational efficiency of the department by respecting all customer requirements. Based in France, the IT Operations department can count on the support of our subsidiary in Romania, which strengthens it in the deployment of its projects on a daily basis.
