We seek an outstanding C# Software Engineer. You will be working closely with other software engineers and traders to implement and extend the different parts of the trading infrastructure including back testing systems, risk management systems, back testing systems, calculation and modeling engines, and compliance monitoring tools. We value the ability to learn new concepts and technologies just as much as previous work experience. Basic trading training and continuous education is provided for all engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to be successful.
Requirements:
- Computer Science and Software Development skills
- Very good knowledge of development in C#, Microsoft.NET, VB.NET, Python
- Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills
- Work experience of at least 2 years
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Back-End Web Development skills are a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant skills and qualifications that may benefit the candidate include knowledge of financial markets, experience with algorithmic trading, and experience with databases and SQL.
