You’ll be a member of the SteelConnect Engineering team in Cluj-Napoca, helping to drive innovative and creative solutions for this strategically important offering to our SMB and Enterprise customers. As an individual contributor you are ambitious and driven, you are excited about the opportunity to work with smart people on complex challenges. You’re a natural team player, inquisitive and enjoy dissecting and tackling hard problems (the more challenging the better).
Your tasks:
- Design, build and maintain various highly scalable infrastructure components;
- Develop and implement high-quality security concepts;
- Be on a PagerDuty rotation to respond to SteelConnect's infrastructure availability and provide support for engineers with customer incidents;
- Pro-actively monitor the fleet and fix potential issues before they impact the customers;
- Work within a multicultural distributed team.
Your profile
- Comfortable with Amazon Web Services;
- Experience with HashiCorp Tools (TerraForm, Packer, Vagrant);
- Experience with REST APIs;
- Comfortable with Python Programming;
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery;
- Experience with Docker Containers;
- Comfortable with Linux.
