Job Summary
Our partner is a software development company located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. We started as a company in October 2006 as the software development lab of a German company specialized in advanced tools for model-based development and test of automotive control functions. Two flagship products are developed and maintained in Cluj-Napoca, Silver (virtualization and simulation of control software on PC) and TestWeaver (automatic test generation and search for critical situations for automotive systems).
We support all stages of the software development process: from project management, requirement elicitation, concept definition and specification, to software development, test, maintenance and solution deployment. We are proficient software engineers for embedded and desktop platforms, using Java, C/C++/C#, Python, as well as other languages and frameworks on Windows and Unix.
To help you gain insight into our daily activities, here are some of the things we've been working on in the past years:
- software development with Java, C, Python, JavaScript, C#
- use AI algorithms to test embedded systems
- GUI programming focused on usability and performance
- integration with modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Modelica and real-time platforms
- interface with various automotive-specific standards, such as AUTOSAR, CAN, XCP and others
Your profile:
- have good experience with Java and/or C
- can reason critically about complex OO design
- favor thorough understanding over empirical approaches
