Last month we celebrated our 7 years anniversary.
Given we super-excited about the IT Career Fair Cluj and other projects we had going on at that time, we decided to keep it simple and cozy.
And so we did.
But still, we couldn't just keep it to ourselves. So we figured we'd share it with the participants at the IT Career Fair who came to meet us there.
So we prepared our stand accordingly.
And we refer to IT heaven or destination of choice, we mean on both sides of the outsourcing IT companies and native IT professionals aka programmers and developers. While for most people, Romania is a 2nd world country that plays little to no interest, major tech companies from around the world have seen the hidden gems this country has to offer IT-wise. For instance, the US giant Fitbit’s acquisition of the Romanian Vector Watch company at the beginning of last year comes as a confirmation.
The long-awaited Zoom IN 2018 - Employee eXperience event by Azimut took place last Thursday in Cluj and we very were excited to be a part of. The event's main goal was to assess specific business, management and HR processes, with a focus on the employee’s experience. The organizers also aimed to create a networking environment for HR professionals, top and middle managers and people interested in their professional development.
Exactly 2 years today Andreea Măjeri aka „The American Dreamgirl” as we like to call her, was joining the Human Direct family as IT recruiter. So yes, this called for a celebration, Human Direct style.
