Junior IT Recruiter

2017 already sounds promising as we are happy to announce that we are broadening our team! We are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to join us!

As you probably already know, Human Direct is a recruiting company specialized in the IT field, which values and respects each candidate and is determined to find only the best solutions for its clients.

We are looking for somebody to join our experienced team, ideally a self-starter with a lot of confidence, who's key responsibilities will be to:

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Create detailed job descriptions
• Follow up with candidates

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in HR, technological knowledge and affinity towards IT and excellent written and spoken English. An academic background in Psychology or in a related filed would be appreciated.
