Lead SAP ABAP Consultant

Your Tasks:

• Lead and develop our consulting teams in digitalization projects, and oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
• Coach team members, develop strategies, and track progress toward goals to maximize their potential
• Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each team member
• Active involvement in all phases of the project, according to the specifications
• Deliver a high-quality and clean implementation according to SAP guidelines
• Perform complex ABAP programming, testing, and debugging functions related to the implementation of SAP modules
• Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure the delivery of proposed solutions

Your Profile:

• You graduated from University in one of the following areas: informatics, business informatics, or something similar
• Experience in managing, coaching, and developing strategies for teams with differing priorities and levels of expertise
• More than 4 years of relevant project experience with SAP ABAP or SAP UI5/FIORI desired
• Experience in working with CDS views, OData services, ABAP for HANA, S/4HANA, and diverse SAP modules is desired
• Involvement in implementing user exits, enhancements, report and transaction objects, scripts, BAPIs, and internal and external integration technologies
• Strong customer orientation (for both internal and external customers)
• Ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and ideally good German language skills
