We started our partnership with Human Direct a couple of years ago. We managed to close our open positions really fast, taking into account all the challenges on the local market. Each time, Human Direct was successful in assisting us to explore the market and secure the right person for Iron Mountain. The service, the prompt attention, the consistent follow up, and the quality of candidates we got from them speaks well of their recruiting and screening process. Human Direct has been a phenomenal partner for us, literally building out our entire engineering team in Cluj. As a San Francisco-based company, asynchronous communications are key for our global operations, and Reka and the team iterate rapidly without missing a beat. Not to mention that they are connected with outstanding talent in the area and know how to filter the right candidates to propose to us to save our time. And we’re particular with our demands! As a Web3 company, we’ve requested everything from frontend engineers working with React, backend Java engineers, blockchain engineers, and DevOps, and they understand the full stack. Ce îmi place la Human Direct îi faptul că mi-au fost oferite poziții de calitate, și că Lia și-a făcut mereu timp să-mi răspundă la toate întrebările și nelămuririle.
De cele mai multe ori când primesc câte un job offer procesul se oprește acolo, deoarece HR-ul în ziua de azi este cam incompetent. Cu Lia am continuat pentru că a fost printre puținele persoane care chiar și-a alocat timp să se uite peste profilul meu și apoi să se documenteze cu ce am lucrat și îmi place.
Încerc să mă gândesc la aspecte care nu mi-au plăcut în procesul de recrutare, dar nu prea găsesc. Ce pot să spun este că a decurs totul foarte rapid, lucru care mi-a plăcut. Eu eram deja aproape semnat cu o firmă din Elveția când am fost contactat și v-am spus despre asta. V-ați mișcat super repede și în 2-3 zile am avut interviul cu Human Direct, cu clientul și oferta.
Vis-a-vis de experiența avută cu Human Direct, pot să spun că a fost una pozitivă. Echipa Human Direct a demonstrat profesionalism atât în evaluarea CV-ului cât și în propunrile făcute, având în vedere poziția și nevoile candidatului.
