Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Global Process Owners for Sales & Service, and with the Global Pricing Manager to complete all assigned action items and ensure the successful execution of the different SAP S4 Pricing (and related) projects, change requests, and support tasks
- Guided by the Global Pricing Manager, successfully perform requirements gathering/gap analysis with the end users, and translate the business requirements of low, medium, and highly complex issues and business processes into functional design specifications for SAP S4 configuration and custom SAP S4 development work by IT
- Work with the relevant Global Process Management stakeholders to get approval on the different requirements
- Collaborate with the IT group to communicate the proposed functional design, as input for successful configuration and/or development by IT. Once the requested functionality is made available, execute the related functional testing to ensure the requested functionality is working as expected
- Drive and execute any integration testing across SAP and non-SAP systems. Build knowledge of any relevant Enterprise Application Interface (SAP SCP) to efficiently troubleshoot interface issues. Support regression testing as part of the Release Management process.
- Perform periodic system-based process performance audit tasks, ensuring acceptance and adherence to template pricing processes.
- Partner with the user community to ensure successful and timely User Acceptance Testing
- Drive and contribute to the development of training material (documents or videos) for the key users & conduct key user training. Support the business key users in developing work instructions & conducting end-user training
- Execute any assigned SAP Master Data tasks, or collaborate closely with other team members with SAP Master Data assigned tasks
- Assist and train other CLF Sales and Marketing coworkers in S4 Pricing topics where needed in all of the above areas
- Actively network with CLF and BA BPEs to support end-user engagement and continuous improvement loops to support innovation and drive issue resolution through close monitoring of progress
- Provide S4 Pricing knowledge and advice to the Master Data Team and Change Management Experts if and when needed
- Document all implemented SAP S4 solutions to ensure successful end-user support
- Fully understand and master all the end-to-end, cross-functional, and integrated business processes related to SAP Pricing (Sales and Service Pricing), including integrations with other modules and extended business systems
- Ensure quality and best practices in the SAP S4 Pricing functional domain by driving and adhering to the EagleBurgmann SAP S4 Solution Template, SAP standards, knowledge base & best practices

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related discipline, with a strong interest in / affinity with Information Technology. Or, an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job
- Minimum of 5 years job-specific and hands-on SAP S4 Pricing (Sales Pricing and Service Pricing) work experience with demonstrated professional growth and achievement. Prior work experience in a manufacturing organization of comparable size, business diversity, scope, and complexity is a plus
- Excellent SAP S4 Pricing (technical, process, and master data) knowledge, with hands-on SAP Pricing experience
- Minimum of 5 years of successful SAP S4 Pricing project experience in a medium to large matrixed project organization
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of other SAP modules and applications, system development life cycle, dynamics of applications development projects, and Information Technology practices and methods. Knowledge of Integration principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of the principles, techniques, and methodology of project management, quality management, and change management
- Proficient in using PC, Internet and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams) and MS SharePoint
- Strong analytical skills to understand and analyze business processes for conversion to SAP and to optimize existing SAP processes
- Ability to quickly identify and analyze technical risks & impacts and define alternatives & prioritizations to remove technical roadblocks. Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively exercise tact, discretion, judgment, and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with internal and external customers and senior management
- Highly motivated self-starter. Ability to act as an advisor on professional and technical issues with a view toward reaching decisions. Ability to mentor and coach team members to ensure continuous development of the team
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and global work group and to achieve results through global team efforts. Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and/or crisis situation and render good decisions to resolve the problems, maintain safety and ensure adherence to Central and Local Policies and Procedures
- Consistently proven ability to successfully implement projects and contribute to concept development
- Willingness to travel (up to 10% max)
- Experience in Global SAP Pricing implementations a plus
