Responsibilities:
- Source, screen and contact candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Follow up with candidates
- Interview candidates
- Write creative and concise texts for reaching out to candidates and social media posts
Skills/Qualifications:

Some experience in IT Recruitment: an internship or work experience within another similar role
- Passion and affinity towards IT
- Excellent written and spoken English and Romanian
- Good understanding of Boolean logic
- Previous experience in HR would be appreciated
- An academic background in Psychology or in a related field would be appreciated
