For Human Direct, 2018 has been the best year this far.

A lot of great things happened, many accomplishment, events and fun celebrations.

Here is our recap of 2018.

Last month we celebrated our 7 years anniversary. 🎉

Given we super-excited about the IT Career Fair Cluj and other projects we had going on at that time, we decided to keep it simple and cozy.

And so we did.

But still, we couldn't just keep it to ourselves. So we figured we'd share it with the participants at the IT Career Fair who came to meet us there.

So we prepared our stand accordingly.

Job interviews can be stressful. We understand that.

They get you out of your comfort zone, force you to pitch a self-selling marketing tone that’s so not you or come up with desirable answers on the spot.

Error 404 is not on option and there’s no time for system debugging...

But we’re good peeps and we want to really help out.

As you may have seen from our Facebook Page, we attended this year’s IT Career Fair in Cluj-Napoca.

And we’re very happy we did.

Especially for the fact that we met so many interesting people in search for that perfect job in IT.

And here is a short retrospective of what happened at the Cluj IT Fair this year.

We're always looking for ways to improve our services and lately we've been focused on creating a better connection with you. In this sense, we've added a few cool features that we want to tell you more in this blog. Without further ado, let's see what they are.

Winter is coming they say, but meanwhile we’re mid November, which is the coziest month of the year. Not too cold, yet cold enough to stay inside with a pumpkin spice latte to keep you warm. Or you can skip the latte. Either way, this is the perfect time of the year to get tucked in blankets and have a good read or binge watching Netflix or enjoying a fun indoor activity. Speaking of which, there are some quite fun activities you can do in and around Cluj-Napoca.

The most important career event in Cluj-Napoca this fall is undoubtedly the IT Career Fair. It’s the 12th edition of this job fair, that gathers around 3.500 participants annually. This year, the event will gather over 40 local IT companies with very many exciting job opportunities for you. As an IT recruiting company in Cluj, of course we will also be there and we hope to meet you there too. Don’t miss it, it’s this weekend!

JavaScript is amongst top 3 most popular programming languages around the world, no doubt about it. But it hasn’t always been like this. And the story goes a little something like this. In mid 90’s the predominant programming language was Java, a language that was fairly difficult to learn and somewhat too sophisticated for simple applications. And this is where Netscape comes into play.

We’re in full autumn season and, while some are cozily tucked enjoying the chill vibes with pumpkin spice and everything nice, others are ready to get out there and conquer the world. At least career wise. The reason is that fall of 2018 brings exciting events to our city, for the IT peeps mainly. Some of these IT events we’re quite hype about, because we’re going to be there. And we hope to meet you there and get to know each other. Other events seem to be very cool and worth the time.
