A month of celebrations - 5 years of IT recruitment with human approach

We are looking forward to a busy, busy month and we have a lot of exciting news to share, so please bare with us while we unveil our surprises.

Our biggest reason to celebrate this season is probably Human Directs fifth anniversary. It has been such an incredible journey, from a one person all-purpose recruiting agency to one of the most respectable IT HR companies in the country.

Erika Kósa, the founder and core of the company remembers how surprised she was that being a young woman of 25 is not a drawback to start your own HR Company, not even in Romania. As an organizational physiologist she quickly understood the importance of the human approach in this field, so she focused on working with companies that shared her values.

It was during the collaboration with a few start-up companies from the IT field that she felt she found exactly what she was looking for.

However it was not easy to learn all the particularities of the IT sector. Balázs Csaba, had already an extensive background in the IT business before joining the Human Direct team. Both his developer experience and his management skills were crucial for the company`s progress.

The company got its technical support which was missing, so Human Direct was heading towards what it became today thanks to its great recruitment team, a company which values and respects each candidate and is determined to find the only best solutions for its clients.
