Requirements
- 4+ years of programming experience.
- 4+ years of JavaScript experience, including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6.
- 4+ years of HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
- 4+ years experience with browser APIs and optimizing front-end performance.
- 4+ years experience with Python.
- 2+ years experience with MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with FastAPI.
- Preferred experience with AWS (Lambda Functions, ElasticSearch, DocumentDB, Amplify, ...).
- Advanced understanding of full web stack, REST API development and technologies, and bug management support.
- Complete medium to large features (each with many tasks) independently without guidance.
- Identify and drive changes as needed for assigned codebase, product area, and/or systems.
- 'Can do' attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize work with minimal input
- Analytical-thinking and problem-solving experience.
- Experience communicating with cross-functional partners (both technical and non-technical audiences).
- Experience with process change management or process improvement
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate across a global team and with external partners
