Office Manager


We are looking for an energetic and organised Office Manager for our office in Cluj- Napoca. This is a job that wears a thousand hats, with responsibilities ranging from the day to day activities at the office, general HR and financial administration to executive support for the management team.


  • Administration
    • Responsible for the day to day running of the office ensuring it stays tidy and presentable, lending a helping hand where needed
    • Ordering and stocking office supplies as required
    • Be the first point of contact for visitors in the office
    • Organising travel arrangements for Cluj employees visiting foreign customers and vice versa
    • General administrative support including photocopying, printing and scanning
    • Keeping inventory
    • Organising internal events – Office Christmas Party, Summer Fest and more
    • Keep in touch with customers and suppliers
    • Drafting and overlooking contracts with various suppliers
  • Financial

    • Making sure we have all the invoices from the suppliers and they are accurate
    • Handling payments
    • Issuing calculations and invoices for the customers
    • Executing various financial statements
    • Keep in touch with the accounting company
    • Checking the accuracy of the monthly salaries according to work contracts/bonuses, etc.
    • Checking of official accounting statements
    • Cash management


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting
  • English language - Advanced
  • German language - Advanced
