Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong focus on Business Analysis and Scrum Master responsibilities. This role is essential for ensuring smooth communication between business and technical teams, managing product requirements, and leading the Scrum processes. The Product Manager reports to the Director of Product, located in the USA, and will work with a development team based mostly out of Romania. This role is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, managing these through the entire product lifecycle
- Act as a primary Business Analyst by gathering, refining, and communicating business requirements to technical teams.
- Facilitate the Scrum process by leading ceremonies (stand-ups, grooming, demos, retrospectives), ensuring all teams are aligned and productive.
- Maintain the product backlog and prioritize tasks in alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Bridge the gap between IT teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and timely delivery of product features.
- Use feedback and data analysis to continuously improve processes and product quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a relevant product/project management work
- Excellent understanding of Scrum processes and the ability to lead teams through agile methodologies.
- Advanced communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Technical knowledge to effectively support the team, although a formal technical background is not mandatory.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Desired but not mandatory
- Experience working for a Saas company, preferably B2B
- Previous experience with 1-100+ products
