Our partner’s international Global Workday Support Team is hiring an Inhouse Workday Consultant HCM (m/f/d) in Romania.
Technical Tasks and Skills
- In your role as Workday Inhouse Consultant you will support the continuous development of already implemented Workday HCM functionalities as well as the implementation of new functionalities such as Skills Cloud or Talent Market Place
- Together with the Global Workday Support Team, you will administer and further develop the Workday security and role concept after successful induction
- You will support the experts from the business units in the evaluation of new functionalities resulting, for example, from Workday releases
- System release planning including configuration, testing, and roll-out of new functionalities
- You will independently implement reports and dashboards
- Together with the team you take care of the quality and completeness of the data as well as the correct use of the processes in the system
- You load data based on EIBs
- You present our HCM community best practices to use Workday optimally
- You will support the functional stream leads (HCM, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting) in continuously maintaining training materials, designing training, and creating/updating documentation
- As part of the operational support team, you will resolve incoming tickets from key user

That is important to our partner / Knowledge / Personal Skills
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, human resources, or a comparable education
- Relevant experience in the configuration of modern cloud HCM systems, ideally Workday (Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Optimization, etc.)
- Workday reporting skills
- Passion for HR business processes and their implementation using modern information technology
- Analytical, structured way of working and high problem-solving ability
- Interest in interdisciplinary and international teamwork
- Reliability, flexibility and resilience, friendliness, and strong communication skills
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel to Germany occasionally for training and team meetings required
