Our partner’s international Global Workday Support Team is hiring an Inhouse Workday Consultant for Integrations, Interfaces, and Analytics (m/f/d) in Romania.

- In your role as IT Integration Architect you will design, implement, operate, and monitor interfaces between our partner’s global HCM system Workday and local IT systems (e.g. SAP Payroll, ADP, Microsoft AAD, ServiceNow, Omnitracker, AEB...)
- You are responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the existing interfaces, deriving optimizations from this, and implementing them in terms of continuous improvement
- Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for guiding and advising the IT departments of our partner’s business groups on all technical aspects related to interface and integration scenarios in a Workday environment
- You will coordinate and manage third-party vendors (e.g. ADP, AEB, ShapeIn, etc.) in the context of integration projects
- In the context of cloud platform integration projects, you are co-responsible for the execution of all project management tasks
- In addition to all topics related to integrations, you will create custom reports and dashboards for the presentation of defined KPIs and support the People Analytics team in this regard
That is important to our partner / Knowledge / Personal Skills
- Completed degree in computer science or comparable education. Alternatively, 3 years of relevant work experience implementing or supporting integration scenarios between cloud applications and/or on-premise systems
- You should enjoy working as part of a team to solve complex problems and integrate globally distributed systems with the goal of realizing seamless end-to-end processes with Workday
- Experience designing, configuring, and implementing interfaces between Workday and subsystems
- Familiarity with modern data development, integration, and modeling tools (e.g. Workday Studio, Eclipse...) and languages
- SOAP, REST, API, JSON, IdP or SP-SSO, etc. are familiar to you from practical application
- Workday reporting knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of Workday HCM is an advantage
- Analytical, structured way of working and high problem-solving ability
- Very good German and English skills
- Interest in interdisciplinary and international teamwork
- Reliability, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure, friendliness, and strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel to Germany occasionally for training and team meetings required
