As Development Designer - Business Software - Back-End you will become part of our global team. Your field of responsibility will be:
Responsibilities
- Analysis of complex customer requirements
- Conception and creation of solutions in coordination with internal and external customer
- Implementation of back-end solutions
- Working in interdisciplinary agile teams
- Participating in larger IT-related projects
- Testing, Optimization, and Documentation

Requirements
It is our partner’s philosophy to hire talented individuals, who are willing to learn and develop their skills, not specialized know-how. As an applicant, you should fit into the following profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a major in Informatics, Business-Engineering, Information Technology, or similar experience.
- At least 3 years of experience
- Skills in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, etc.)
- Experience in SQL databases programming and performance tuning
- Very good team and communication skills
- Systematic and analytical working approach
- Fluent English skills
