Advisory responsibilities for employees, associates, and the Employer in the field of regulations regarding labor law, social security, remuneration, etc.
Cooperation with providers of payroll, benefit, and advisory services.
Coordination of cooperation between the HR department and employees, associates, and other departments .
Supervision and verification of outgoing and incoming documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures and company policies.
Reporting on personnel management processes.
Responsibility for updating and maintaining employee data in the HR system and improving operational processes.
Cooperation with Global HR and coordination of global projects.
