The scope of duties will include:
- Full support in conducting internal and external projects, which may include recruitment processes, onboarding / offboarding, performance evaluation.
- Administrative duties covering human resources and payroll-related responsibilities, including maintenance and completion of documentation, as well as the creation of employment contracts, civil law contracts, and annexes. (possible outsourcing)
- Advisory responsibilities for employees, associates, and the Employer in the field of regulations regarding labor law, social security, remuneration, etc.
- Cooperation with providers of payroll, benefit, and advisory services.
- Coordination of cooperation between the HR department and employees, associates, and other departments .
- Supervision and verification of outgoing and incoming documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures and company policies.
- Reporting on personnel management processes.
- Responsibility for updating and maintaining employee data in the HR system and improving operational processes.
- Cooperation with Global HR and coordination of global projects.
