About the job
Our partner has an exciting new opportunity for a Software Developer responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting their data capture and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products and solutions. You will be a technical point of contact for colleagues, providing guidance and support on software including production issues and implementing solutions for improvement.
What you will do
- Implementing new digital solutions
- Standardise, automate and simplify new and existing digital solutions.
- Ensure the documentation is accurate and up-to-date throughout the whole process.
- Identify and evaluate innovative and alternative approaches.
- Provide customer-specific solutions.
- Support Lean management.
- Compliance with the company's SOPs.
- Proactive performance tuning regarding input to and develop improvements in the team’s quality and efficiency.
- Stay current and up to date within own technical domain and processes

Requirements
- Relevant hands-on software development experience with C# and Visual Basic.Net.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Forms, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket and Git beneficial but not essential.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
- Strong initiative and quality oriented mind-set.
- Team player, self-motivated, eager to learn and result oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and be able to think outside the box.
- Ability to implement reliable, scalable solutions.
