Our partner is looking to hire a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant profile to be accountable for developing, customizing, integrating, and support various D365 project components.

Responsibilities:
- Work in a team with other colleagues from our Belgium office to develop the best solutions for our active client projects
- Advising on and balancing business users needs for successful CRM development and integration
- Participate in implementation customization and configuration for D365 solutions and model-driven Power app projects
- Code, test, debug and document solutions using appropriate processes, tools, frameworks, libraries, patterns, best practices, and standards
Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication in English, and presentation skills
- BS/MS degree in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

- Power Automate knowledge
- Dynamics 365 certification: MB200, MB210, MB400, MB600
- Experience in software integrations
- Knowledge of French
Location
We opened a development center in Cluj-Napoca in June 2015 and we're a key part of an international group, having the headquarter located in South Belgium and globally some other branches (Bryan-USA, Newcastle-UK, Berlin- Germany, Noyon-France, Singapore, Luxembourg, and others).
During the pandemic the work arrangement is full WFH, while the company plans to adopt a hybrid approach after the restart of activity from the office is safe. Remote collaborations are accepted.
