Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen and contact candidates
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
  • Follow up with candidates
  • Interview candidates
  • Write creative and concise texts for reaching out to candidates and social media posts

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Some experience in IT Recruitment: an internship or work experience within another similar role

  • Passion and affinity towards IT
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Romanian
  • Good understanding of Boolean logic
  • Previous experience in HR would be appreciated
  • An academic background in Psychology or in a related field would be appreciated
