We are looking for an energetic and organised Office Manager for our office in Cluj- Napoca. This is a job that wears a thousand hats, with responsibilities ranging from the day to day activities at the office, general HR and financial administration to executive support for the management team.
Responsibilities
- Administration
- Responsible for the day to day running of the office ensuring it stays tidy and presentable, lending a helping hand where needed
- Ordering and stocking office supplies as required
- Be the first point of contact for visitors in the office
- Organising travel arrangements for Cluj employees visiting foreign customers and vice versa
- General administrative support including photocopying, printing and scanning
- Keeping inventory
- Organising internal events – Office Christmas Party, Summer Fest and more
- Keep in touch with customers and suppliers
- Drafting and overlooking contracts with various suppliers
- Financial
- Making sure we have all the invoices from the suppliers and they are accurate
- Handling payments
- Issuing calculations and invoices for the customers
- Executing various financial statements
- Keep in touch with the accounting company
- Checking the accuracy of the monthly salaries according to work contracts/bonuses, etc.
- Checking of official accounting statements
- Cash management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting
- English language - Advanced
- German language - Advanced
