Technical Lead

We enable mobile game studios to create award-winning games throughout the world. Our commitment to operating awesome free-to-play games for mobile devices allows us to work with world-class mobile game studios from around the world.

We are currently looking for talented, young, passionate people to help us create a new studio in Cluj-Napoca. We need software engineers who would like to work on client or server code. The ideal candidate will be energized by learning and working with existing code while creating major new features that millions of players will enjoy.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years leading a team of developers
• 10+ years in development, having successfully shipped working software
• Outstanding knowledge of software engineering practices (OOP, TDD, ...)
• Broad-experienced and versatile, client - backend - infrastructure - tools - ...
• Ability to build and groom a team, advance and mentor individuals
• Always has the business value in mind
• Ability to accurately plan resources across several teams
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English

Bonus Skills:

• Has shipped and operated Free to Play mobile games
• Project management experience (p.ex. Scrum, Kanban)
• A deep love of games and a passion for game development
• Brings a functioning team along :)
