We are looking to expand our team by adding 1 Junior/Middle Consultant to our office in Cluj-Napoca!
MAIN DUTIES
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirements
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Format resumes meeting client expectations
- Research new technologies
- Create detailed job descriptions
- Follow up with candidates
OUR IT RECRUITER NEEDS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS
- Technology knowledge – Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends at client company.
- Experience – min. 6 months of experience in IT recruiting
- Relationship Building – Start every conversation with the intent to build, develop and maintain relationships with candidates.
- Self-Confidence and Self Starter
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills In English
- Academic Background- including a relevant post-graduate degree in Psychology or a related discipline.
