About the role:
June Homes is looking for a self-driven Sales Trainee who will support the Sales Team in its day-to-day activities.
As our new Sales Trainee, reporting to one of our Sales Managers, you will be handling the growing number of emails that we get from interested prospective members.

What you’ll do:
● Responsible for checking all the Sales Team’s incoming emails & move all the leads from email to our CRM
● Input info into our CRM system
● Draft emails on behalf of the Sales team
● Assist in responding to inquiries on platforms (e.g Roomiapp.com, Spareroom.com, sublet.com, etc.)
● Book virtual tours of our apartments located in the USA
● Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications
● Complete all necessary daily, weekly and monthly activities in our CRM
● Assist the Sales team with ad-hoc tasks
What you need to be successful:
● Fluent in English
● Strong interest in a Sales position within a start-up environment
● Experience in Real Estate will be considered a plus
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
● Positive and energetic personality
● Ability to multitask
● Tech-savvy
● Flexibility to work late hours/open to changes
