Marketing & Community Manager

As a Marketing & Community Manager, you will be responsible for designing, delivering & executing the best social media & digital marketing strategy for our partner's marketplace, with the ultimate goal of fostering healthy communities & helping in extending their Non-Fungible Token(NFT) reach.

You will work directly with product owners, engineers and integrate a group of passionate artists and ghostwriters dedicated to bringing to life outstanding NFT collections.

They expect you to be passionate and committed to building amazing communities around each NFT collection, being a tech-savvy social media marketeer with an understanding of the importance of communities within each NFT collection lifecycle. It is needless to say that to be a truly great fit for this position, you should be a witty digital marketeer, with a deep understanding of the power of big communities. You are going to have a combined role, acting as a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Content Marketing Manager, Customer Relations Manager, Social Media Coordinator, and Social Media Manager, being in full control over the whole marketing and community management process.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Marketing Manager:

• Designing and implementing the most adapted yet compelling community strategy for each NFT collection;

• Proactively taking part in the elaboration of the marketing plans for each NFT collection, ensuring that all digital marketing & social marketing touchpoints are addressed in the most effective way;

• Identify & propose innovative solutions & projects which will set the NFT collections apart from our direct & indirect competition;

• Pursue opportunities for TIEXO to craft unique experiences for the next NFT collections (e.g contests, community collaborations, platform collaborations, etc.);

• Set analytics and track accurate KPIs to show progression, evaluate ROI & establish proper internal benchmarks;

Community Manager:

• Coordinate the content creation process for each NFT collection working closely with artists and ghostwriters;

• Establish guidelines and community policies. Make sure everyone is following the community code of conduct;

• Moderate the marketplace Discord server in collaboration with the product owner and engineering team;

• Be responsible for monitoring community channels to communicate with NFT fans; to engage, excite, and troubleshoot;

• Developing editorial content to support the community & enrich their NFT experience: upcoming collections, blog posts, newsletters, etc. & report on the performance of this content;

• Drive traffic, engagement, brand loyalty and influence their users to become active NFT holders and ambassadors;

• Manage reviews on specific platforms and define backlog proposals based on user input.

• Manage forums, chat sessions, live events, and all other online community-related activities in close collaboration with the whole team.

Qualifications

• Strong digital marketing background with a proven track record in delivering unique experiences with high ROI;

• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role within the gaming industry (clear progression, is a plus);

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several projects in parallel, with unique deliverables & timelines;

• Strong knowledge & application of social media & digital marketing tool-stack;

• A passion for gaming experiences & art of all kinds;

• English language fluency, both written & spoken is a must. Native or bilingual proficiency will be considered as an advantage;

• Positive energy, team spirit & zest of fun are a must;

• Blockchain or cryptocurrency knowledge is nice to have.
