You will be part of a team that is primarily responsible for the software development and maintenance of their flagship technology product, the RoomWizard room reservation system.
What you will be doing:
- Work among an Agile team and complete work items in a timely, highly maintainable manner
- Work with Design Team to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Who you are:
- You have a BA or BS degree or equivalent
- You have a minimum of 7 years experience as a full-stack developer, using one of the popular front-end frameworks such as REACT or Angular and backend expertise in C# or Java. You are willing to increase your technical expertise in other programming languages.
- You have experience with cloud-based computing (Azure preferred) and CI/CD pipelines
- You have experience with distributed systems over corporate networks and Linux familiarity
- You have conceptual skills, analytical skills, pragmatism, critical thinking
- Good English skills both spoken and written
- You care about writing structured, readable, and well-designed code while following best practices
- Post-Covid, occasional travel is required to our USA locations (Portland and Grand Rapids)
