Job Summary
We are looking for 2 JavaScript (React) Developers (1 Mid & 1 Senior) for a medium outsourcing company in Cluj, Romania.
The project involves working for a major air carrier that posts more than $1 billion in revenue annually.
Since March 2019, the teams are working on new products from scratch for this client. YOU can be an innovative contributor to the team by planning, designing, estimating, building and maintaining scalable applications. You can share knowledge, evangelize best practices and be part of the code review strategy in order to increase the project code quality.
Salary:
9.000 - 14.000 RON NET
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain complex, high performance and adaptive web applications using HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Design/convert wireframes and mock-ups into fully functioning user interfaces
- Write clean, well engineered, maintainable code that conforms with accepted standards
- Develop quality code through unit and functional testing
- Participate in the iteration planning and team standup meetings
- Understand the goals and strategy behind each project from conception through completion
- As a Senior - Plan and execute code refactoring sessions
- As a Senior - Mentor and guide Mid and Junior Developers to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- Work experience:
- Mid - 2,5+ years;
- Senior - 4+ years
- For the Senior position - A new colleague who is an autonomous developer, able to mentor team members and facilitate collaboration with other teams
- A problem-solver with an open and self-learning mindset
- Good analysis & synthesis skills
- Someone who is comfortable working in an Agile environment, happy to challenge themselves and the team to improve our ways of working.
