Our requirements:
- experience of designing for mobile platforms
- proficiency with common UX practice (research, informational architecture, focus group, personas, user flow, moodboard, etc.)
- experience in design UI for iOS, Android and Web products from ideation to launch
- ability to execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers (sketches, wire-frames, mock-ups, prototypes, micro-interactions)
- ability to conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- an excellent eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography
- familiarity with responsive design - RWD
- familiarity with Lean methodology
- fluency in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale
- ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- experience working with Agile, Scrum or Kanban is considered a plus
- branding experience a plus
- HTML/CSS experience is considered a plus
- team player and good communicator
- self-motivated, with initiative and continuous learner
- adaptable to changing environment
- fluency in English
- Bachelor Degree is required
