Job Summary
Our partner has approximately 20 employees with headquarters in Bucharest. Their area of expertise encompasses custom software, turnkey solutions, web development and data manipulation applications – every developed solution being unique and customized. They provide mainly, but is not limiting to, security software solutions and cloud storage solutions on all major platforms (Windows, OSX, iOS, Android, Windows Phone).
What will you do:
- Take part in the full development cycle (requirement analysis, design, development and testing/TDD) of Internet Security solutions
- Have the opportunity to work on solutions for both Windows (primary) and Unix (Linux/OSX) platforms
- Support and maintain existing proprietary/in-house systems and develop new custom ones
- Bug fixing/technical support
- Develop and maintain source code/technical documentation
What is expected of you:
- Handle multiple tasks, meet established deadlines
- Assure quality for your deliverable and documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in .Net C#
- Some experience with C/C++ is a plus
- Good Knowledge of OOP
- Experience working with sockets, multi–threading, inter-process communication
- Experience applying development best practices (documentation, code reviews, clean code, coding standards).
- Experience working with medium and large sized projects is a plus
- Experience in development of security applications (ex: antivirus, antispyware) is a plus
- Some experience with Unix environment (Linux/OSX) and compatible compiler toolchains is a plus
- At least high school graduate (faculty graduation is a plus)
- Proficient in spoken and written English
