Job Summary

Founded in August 2018, our partner specializes in the R&D, manufacturing, and marketing of high-efficiency solar cells, PV modules, and system applications, as well as investment, construction, and operation of power plants. It's also a state-level high-tech enterprise. Additionally, the company holds more than 150 patents in various areas.

As a leader in N-type PV technology, they boast two key products: N-type modules/ lightweight modules and full-scenario PV system solutions, which have successively been brought under the procurement directory of a number of large global companies. The company has sophisticated marketing networks in the local area and abroad, which have introduced the products and solutions to more than 60 countries and regions.


  • Developing new customers and managing the regular customers in certain areas.
  • Achieve the target of sales/marketing/service in certain markets.
  • Identify market potential in and align product portfolio in China.
  • Pre-sales support and technical/commercial alignment with clients (Distributors/EPCs/System Integrators, Investors, Technical advisors).
  • Providing periodic sales forecasts, reports, and market research as required.
  • Frequent benchmarking of products against the competition.
  • Building brand, promoting products to market/customers, convincing them to buy products.
  • Attend national and international fairs and congresses as a representative.


  • Teamwork player
  • At least 5 years of work experience in sales, business development, or project development in the solar industry
  • Bachelor degree in international trade, electrical engineering, electrical & electronical engineering, or a comparable higher education qualification
  • Thorough understanding of solar business and wide contact with active players in the market.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • With Independent team management capability, organizing ability, and handling stress ability
