What will you do:
- Provide high-level Tier 3/4 support to worldwide our company's support teams.
- Complete work inquiry activities via Salesforce or other CRM platform.
- Identify diagnoses and resolve network communications issues in a customer’s network.
- Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot customer’s, Mobile IP RAN, enterprise, ISP L2/L3 different media networks (microwave, fiber, etc., )
- Design, planned, and lead the implementation of network and architecture
- Collaborate with a highly committed cross-functional team in providing solutions to various internal teams, including HQ Pre-sales, Regional Salespeople, and Sales Engineers worldwide.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to customer network planning.
- Keep productive working relationships with interfaces within the company.
- Will travel frequently (30% - 40%) abroad for onsite installation and commission of L3/L2 equipment and microwave & eBand radios
What are the requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience of IP/SR-MPLS and MW networks
- Knowledge of IP protocols and features such as: ISIS/OSPF, BGP, LDP, RSVP/TE, L2/L3 VPN, QoS, IPv6
- Troubleshoot MPLS/MW network issues
- Business level English
- Experience with telecom system network and software architectures
Education:
- Practical Engineer (PE) degree in computer science, information technology or related discipline Certification:
- CCNP (Switching and Routing/Service Provider/Data Center) or equivalent qualification
Work experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Support
- 5+ years of experience in Networking
- Customer-oriented and focused
- Experience in deployment and support for service provider networks or large enterprise networks
- Working knowledge and experience with networking systems (JNPR, CSCO, Huawei, Ciena, Infinera, Nokia)
