As a People Provider, you will become part of our partner’s HR team. Your field of responsibility will be:
Responsibility:
- Provide HR administrative services including preparation of HR documents subject to all legal rules mainly for Romania and the German market.
- Maintaining personnel files and HR data in the system.
- Be the first point of contact for employees and peers with complex HR matters providing operational support with a focus on delivering employee satisfaction.
- Support and help with preparing payrolls according to schedule and preparation of data related to wages.
- Cooperation with the payroll provider.
- Control over health and safety training and keeping track of employee information changes.
- Managing health and insurance programs.
- Coordinating recruiting process.
- Assistance with other HR administrative tasks which support HR in global processes.

Requirements:
It is our partner’s philosophy to hire talented individuals, who are willing to learn and develop their skills, not specialized know-how. As an applicant, you should fit into the following profile:
- Communicative English and German skills
- 2-3 years relevant experience in the HR field
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field – is welcome
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Natural ability to maintain positive relations with employees
