Position Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for our partner’s software platform.

The Product Manager provides a holistic view of our partner’s Platform and is key in determining the product life cycle, including working with the R&D team and key stakeholders to develop the product roadmap & define features.

Responsibilities

  • Create and document product requirements and use cases
  • Define product features and functions, and work closely with the R&D team on definition and product UI designs
  • Conduct design reviews of use cases and user interface designs with R&D, Professional Services, and other internal stakeholders
  • Present innovative product ideas and user interface designs to the internal stakeholders
  • Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in scheduling, coordinating, and planning product development releases with the R&D team
  • Review and accept features upon completion of development and testing
  • Support and adhere to the release process
  • Provide status updates on the Product Release efforts
  • Serve as product expert; provide secondary support to Sales and Professional Services
  • Work with Marketing to contribute to the creation of marketing materials and content
  • Provide demos & presentations
  • Perform competitive analysis
  • Writing technical articles, and documenting technical issues to our partner’s knowledge base

Qualifications / Positions Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager
  • 2+ years of experience working with US or European-based Enterprise software company
  • Experience managing software products for the pharmaceutical or tobacco industry
  • Supply Chain knowledge – Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing (CMO/CPO), Wholesaler/Distributor, 3rdParty Logistics (3PL)
  • Working knowledge of GxP for the life sciences industry
  • Working knowledge of GAMP5
  • Working knowledge of agile software development lifecycle
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, manage workload multiple tasks, and handle pressure in a deadline-driven environment while simultaneously maintaining the ability to self-start, work remotely, and independently
  • Working in a challenging and multicultural environment in the corporate business sector with reasonable opportunities to learn continuously
  • Strong communicator with fluent English both written and spoken is a requirement
