Your Responsibilities
Identify and engage with prospective clients and consultatively position Human Direct as vendor of choice
Hit your annual sales target by closing deals with new clients as well as expanding our commercial relationships with existing clients
Manage your sales pipeline like a pro while maintaining optimal CRM hygiene in Hubspot
Master our Unique Selling Points and talent services portfolio while staying on top of the tech talent market and industry trends
Effectively articulate Human Direct’s value proposition and learn to map it on to your clients’ business objectives
Practice consultative selling with our prospects, uncovering real business pains addressable via our range of recruitment solutions, ie RPO, success fee campaigns and contracting
Speak your client’s language and become a trusted advisor by studying their business model and industry
Partner closely with our rockstar consultants to understand what we do, how we do it, and what differentiates us in the market
Travel for client or partner meetings and industry events as appropriate
Your Competencies
3-5 years of experience in a client-facing business development/ customer service role
1-2 years of experience in the IT/software development industry
Solid track record of generating new client engagements
Showcase an entrepreneurial mindset and a heightened sense of urgency
High energy, you thrive in fast-changing, hypergrowth environments with little supervision
Practitioner of the 80/20 rule, you know how to prioritize for success
Project management skills, able to coordinate multiple work streams in parallel
Stress resilient and comfortable constantly working against deadlines
Strong video conferencing presence and strong communication skills
Tenacious and self-confident, you know the sale starts when the prospect says “no”
Proficient in written and spoken English is a must, other European languages welcome
You are a Team Player who understands success is only achieved collectively and never in isolation
Passionate about technology and the recruitment industry
Technical background is a plus but not a must
Availability for teaching others and sharing information
