Job Summary

As B2B Outbound Manager you will be responsible for architecting and leading the execution of account-based sales programs designed for our clients to penetrate their high value accounts. Your team will consist of a cross-functional professionals responsible for research, copywriting, sales and technology.

This roles requires having a lot of curiosity towards our clients products and target audiences and a passion to achieve goals. You should be an innovative thinker eager to learn and experiment with account based plays and tactics.

Don’t worry if Account Based Marketing sounds new to you. As long as you understand outreach, sales and b2b marketing, we are here to provide an ABM development program for you.

Job Description (AKA what you'll do daily so that we can grow together):

  • Designing, orchestrating and executing outbound sales campaigns for our clients
  • Leading and supporting cross-functional team creating a culture of high performance
  • Ensuring focus on right accounts and markets based on Ideal Customer Profile’s (ICP)
  • Building and presenting clear plans ans strategies towards our clients

  • Previous 3+ experience in b2b marketing or sales roles
  • You will have an eye for figures being able to understand, set and analyze KPIs
  • Have the mentality to lead, mentor and drive your team to achieve outstanding results
  • We need someone innovative, fast thinking who can deliver results and take the team to the next level
  • You are a natural leader seeing yourself growing as your team grows
