Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- The primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following React.js patterns (such as Flux or Redux)
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Innovating for existing infrastructure using new technologies
- Making sure the software complies with their internal quality standards
- Proactively engage issues and communicate smart solutions to the team and also product stakeholders
- Involvement in client communication
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Frontend development
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles in developing applications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Experience with HTML / CSS
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM
- Ability to build reusable components and optimize for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Experience translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Experience with using RESTful API
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Experience with versioning tools
- Mentoring/training skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Continuous improvement mindset
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with data structure libraries (eg Immutable)
- Design patterns and SOLID
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server databases
- Testing experience (develop and maintain tests)
- Degree in Computer Science or another technical field (or proven comparable experience)
