Job Summary
Our partner is a venture-backed games start-up headquartered in London (United Kingdom). The start-up is building real money PVP casual skill games (eg. think player versus player solitaire or puzzle games) for the US and European market. Romanian founders with over 10 years of experience in building successful mobile games, having led several products that reached over $200 million in yearly revenue.
They are looking for an experienced individual who will be part of the core team and who is someone they can further build the team around.
Experience:
- 5+ years experience of professional development for Mobile solutions (Unity)
- Proven track record for shipping mobile games built in Unity (preferably P2P or multiplayer games)
- Experience leading a team and mentoring other devs
Skills needed:
- Unity - editor and scripting
- Solid knowledge of C# and its related structures, design patterns, and methodologies
- Excellent understanding of mobile games architectures (preferably P2P or multiplayer)
- Solid experience working with high-end (HD) visuals including lighting, shaders (HLSL), animation trees, particles, etc.
- Cross-platform development - specifically mobile apps development for iOS and Android (including building clients)
- Significant experience using Web APIs & SDKs
- Able and interested to work in a “rapid iteration” development environment

Education:
- Minimum BSc. in CS Engineering, Information Technology, or similar
