Description
- Performs development and module integration of the ServiceNow Instances.
- Provide support to our customers and product owners
- Perform advanced maintenance and migration
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT overall experience;
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow in ITSM module implentation (Incident, Problem, CMDB & Asset, Nottification);
- 1+ year of experience in ServiceNow Orchestration, workflow automation and scripting;
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards;
- Good understanding of IT infrastructures like (Networking/Storage solutions/Virtualization/Scripting);
- Good understanding of ServiceNow best practices;
- Bachelor degree;
- Certified in ITILv3 or higher (preferably);
- Good understanding in Agile / Scrum processes;
- English speaking & writing skills;
- French skills will be a big plus.
