About the Job
As Operations Intern you will be part of the Operations team. Your key responsibilities will be to assist the Head of Operations in areas such as:
- Coordination of Satellite Events
- Venue logistics
- On-site event organization
- Volunteers
- Office administration
About You
You are a Master student in Communication, Economics, Business Affairs or any other related field. You are an autonomous team player, who enjoys challenges and solving problems. You have a great eye for detail and you have powerful data management skills. Furthermore you don’t give up easily and you like to go the extra mile to have all necessary information to make the right decision. You like to communicate with people and you love Technology.
There are also some hard requirements that you should consider:
- You need to be enrolled as a student during the whole duration of the internship
- You are fluent in English – oral and written; other languages are a plus;
- You can start as of 6th of April 2020 for 3 months, 5 days a week, 4 h a day;
- Open-minded, tech-oriented environment, Agile environment that encourages new ideas and innovation,
- Flat organization with a start-up vibe and modern, innovative management,
- Very well-organized activity, with clear procedures, operations and minimal bureaucracy,
- Monthly paid internship, with the potential to receive an offer for a full time job in our team at the end of your internship!
