Our partner is building the World's First Digital Property Manager. He talks, texts and automates manual tasks. He will become an indispensable member of every property management team in the world. It uses AI, Machine Learning and chat interfaces to improve tenant experience and bring massive efficiencies to property operations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance data-driven mobile applications for both internal and external use
- Support and enhance existing mobile applications
- Participate in project estimation and scheduling
- Support and conform to internal development standards
- Develop and maintain technical documentation

Requirements
- Proven experience creating mobile applications for iOS and Android (native, Xamarin, React Native, Flutter/Dart, SWIFT)
- Experience with building and deploying mobile apps to app/play stores
- Familiar with server side API/Web Services/SOAP/REST
- SQL relational database development skills, MS SQL/T-SQL preferred
- Experience with source control systems such as TFS, GIT, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and work in an agile environment
