Lisam Systems, a leading software company developing environment, health and safety solutions for the chemical industry is looking to hire a Customer Support Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering to work closely within the Support and Development Teams in fielding support cases.

One of the core objectives of this role is to respond to customer inquiries about technical problems through an Internet-based system, telephone calls, and email.

Skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering

• Experience in a similar position or in a commercial environment is an advantage

• Strong problem solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Advanced English knowledge; any additional language is an advantage

• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

• Strong PC skills

Location

Lisam opened a development center in Cluj-Napoca on June 2015 to help the R&D team located in North Belgium to catch up with the huge workload it has for the existing clients and to develop new products for the industry.

Lisam Headquarter is located in South Belgium, the business expertise center is located in Noyon (France) and globally there are some other branches (Bryan-USA, Montréal-Canada, Newcastle-UK, Berlin-Germany, Singapore, Luxembourg) and distributors in Tokyo-Japan for the Asian countries.
